Much like the independent divisions on the state level, the Employment Lawyer Association is a national service provided for those practicing law, which advocates the rights of law employees and promotes fairness, professionalism, ethics, and judicial integrity. In essence, the Employment Lawyer Association serves as a watchdog for lawyers, protecting the rights of all lawyers dedicating itself to promoting individuals of the country and the lawyers who represent them.

Goals of the Employment Lawyer Association

The Employment Lawyer Association promotes the usage of technology, publications, and educational programs to further advance lawyers within the country and provide them with ample opportunities to promote law and justice. Further, the Association designs publications specifically for members, which update lawyers to changes in law, feature member success stories, offer practice tips, and update members of legislative activities. Potential members of the Employment Lawyer Association must show a true dedication to practice law and must be willing to help out fellow members through their choice of work. In addition, the Employment Lawyer Association asks that members donate to the cause each and every year, with different denominations of donations offering different benefits. For instance, high donations offer free adevertising and free seminars for advancing lawyers, while law students may subscribe to become a member and may receive additional information and publications concerning law within the United States.

Employment Lawyer Association Membership and Benefits

Membership is open to those residing and studying or practicing law within America. In addition to these benefits, members of the Employment Lawyer Association are protected by committees that govern and rule on sexual harassment cases, federal employee rights, and ethics and sanctions. Should members face trouble with any of these aspects of law, the Employment Lawyer Association works diligently to clear up problems and works on behalf of the individual clients and lawyers. Advocating lawyers and creating success stories is the foundation of the Employment Lawyer Association.
